  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and inspected for quality within 1-2 business days.

  • Fulfillment: Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We offer two distinct shipping tiers for our customers in the USA, UK, and Canada:

  • Standard Performance Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 5 - 7 Business Days

    • Cost: FREE

  • Priority Turbo Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1 - 3 Business Days

    • Cost: $19.99 USD

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. While we aim for maximum speed, external factors like customs or local carrier delays may occasionally impact these timelines.

🔍 3. Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. Every FITRACH order includes end-to-end tracking. Once your order leaves our hub, you can track its journey in real-time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

⚠️ 4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Your order is our responsibility until it is safely in your hands.

  • Damaged Gear: If your item arrives with any defects, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a priority replacement at no cost to you.

For deliveries outside of the USA, UK, and Canada, shipping times typically range from 7-14 business days. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local VAT or customs duties incurred upon entry.
